I sat down and read bed time stories to my son and daughter every day this week. I have missed out big time in the last month cause I was so busy.

I finished a Horrible Harry book (highly recommended for 7-9 year olds) and then we read a science book. I am secretly pushing my daughter to be interested in science. B)

Next is dinner with the misses.

Science, eh Derek? If she plays computer games at all, I highly recommend Kerbal Space Program...REALLY fun, but also very educational! Who doesn't want to be a rocket engineer, haha! :)

One plus if I ever can manage to get my Kei....I will only need half of a garage :p

I've got the 3D printer home from the library for the weekend as I have to take it to another branch on Monday.

That being said, we've got a JVC stereo remote for the stereo hooked up to our TV that has a broken battery cover that's been held on by an elastic for the last 5 years...decided to see if I could whip a replacement working battery door for it.

What's made me smile today? Success has! :D

Link doesn't seem to work Andrew...? It's just so handy being able to make whatever you need when you need it, haha....sad printers are still fairly expensive at the moment, or I would get one myself!

weird. I send my file to www.shapeways.com and they will print it for me out of whatever material i choose. Just using the normal hard plastic for this one, but you can go crazy and print in gold/platinum/ceramic etc etc

Does that, translated, say 'Wedding 2014'? Did you just get married? Are you going to BE getting married this year? Either way, congrats if that is the case man! :)

...also, a German Euro-plate looks out of place on a RHD Mitsu Legnum :p

Finding this on the internet made my smile today, lol

    https://www.dropbox.com/sh/uwpy1o8p...dbooks/1953 drivers handbook (Paris).pdf?dl=0

They're cool old cars...plus it's actually really interesting and refreshing to read old Owner's Manuals...it's hilarious how much we take car ownership for granted in this day and age in a way, just read all the stuff the owner was expected and required to do to keep their pride and joy running every so often! :)

We just hop in, turn the key and go...and then complain to know end when we hear slight rattles, etc, haha! Just be glad you didn't have to re-grease this baby every 1000 miles back in the day! :p Then again, if I had one, I probably wouldn't complain even if I did! ;)
