Could be something small, something big, random acts of kindness, a good purchase, etc. Anything that made you smile! :D

I just picked up a package fom ECS Tuning, so I can finally get my oil change done on the B8 and get it ready for summer driving :).

My dog. People laugh and mock me for the pictures of her, how much I talk about her, but no one will truely understand love, until you own a dog. She's always happy to see me, always happy to make me smile, and always happy to go on a walk. You want happiness...get a dog!

Waking up to see almost all the cherry blossoms gone from the trees. Sounds mean, but when they fall, and it rains, they stick everywhere!

Congrats! Owning is so much better then renting!

Also, a freshly mowed lawn is awesome.

Real estate can be scary! Seeing the fallout from the bubble collapse here in there USA, middle class wealth all gone! Taking an accidental side road driving to Napa and it turned into crazy twisty exciting roads in pretty lands, smile!!

Dogs, love the dogs! And cherry blossoms are the best!!

You just have to know the date of the auction and show up at the court house for the auction with a case of money and the house can be yours.

first offer can get normal financing like any other home sale, however any other additional parties thereafter will need to have financing in place or enough assists to purchase the property in question in full. Sorry for getting off topic. I'll make a thread later explaining the process if you're interested.

    Edit: link added :)
