From what I've heard they are testing out the 3-on-3 overtime, and will be making a decision based on the pre-season results.
I get to go to watch the Jets play the Oilers tomorrow, apparently McDavid will be playing.

I tried, but it was way to hazy. Pajero picture instead.

modified a piece of furniture today. When the deck goes up in a few months this futon will turn into a patio swing.

Awesome idea, will it be able to turn into a bed swing?

Well what was already going to be a long day became even longer. We reached Jasper at about 7:30 am and found out that the highway between jasper and Valemount was closed and not re opening until at least 2:00pm. Rather than wait around and try to keep our kids occupied for 6+ hours, we took the detour to Banff via the icefields parkway and then took the highway that goes through Golden and Revelstoke. This added another 3ish hours of driving time. We arrived in Vancouver at 9:30pm Alberta time after leaving at 4:00am.

Let's hope the ride home in a week is a little better!

We took the e39 wagon. I can't imagine cramming 2 kids in the evo for a trip that long!

Today I put my townhouse up on the Market here in Kelowna. Great time to sell...had it 2 years and will hopefully do well on it.

Then I'm moving up to Northern Alberta with my better half. We will be there for at least a year.

I'm actually looking to buy a place in Kelowna right now :) Looking for a single family home though. There isn't much on the market right now, but there seems to be more new stuff coming on the market recently.

The market here is crazy. Seems like anything under 500k gets multiple offers the first week...we lived here for 2 years and bought it new. It's a nice 2000sqft townhome! We will definitely miss living here but we will both be working up there for at least a year and didn't want to be absentee landlords.

What area of kelowna you hoping for? If you ever want kelowna info or anything let me know, I grew up here and have lived in most areas :) my place is next to Knox mtn park up Clifton road.

Good luck and don't hesitate if you find something you like!! Cause stuff goes quick! ;)

We're looking at Glenmore, Upper Mission and West Kelowna/Westbank area (particularly near Shannon Lake). Ideally we'll find something at Upper Mission, but most of it is out of our price range. We saw one place a few weeks back, but the day we saw it it was under offer. We liked it and it had been on the market for about 4 months, but by the next day they had an agreement in place so we missed out :( Just watching and waiting now.

Thanks for the offer. I might take you up on that since we only know a bit about Kelowna.
