Hi guys, that is the question, what would you do?
If decide to fix, please come up with rough estimations and recommendations of trusted shops.
    Thanks a bunch!

Personally I would just get the window fixed. Should be pretty cheap, or in Manitoba it can even be free with Insurance.
Fixing a plastic bumper never stays perfect for long, even if they can paint match it well enough.

Yup, I agree. Fix the window, skip the bumper. ICBC will do the window for your deductible, or if it's just a chip, bring cash and go to your favorite glass place.

As other said, leave the bumper and fix the windshield. It shouldn't cost you anything anyway since it's a chip and looks like it can be filled.

I like the look of the JZS147 in the background of the first pic :D

Actually, filling window chips is now free under ICBC insurance :)[/QUOTE]

In alberta, windshield chips like that happen way too often. I just budget for a new windshield every 3-5 years...

I fixed chip like this myself using Permatex 09103 Windshield Repair Kit ($14), just watch YouTube video.
Result was pretty good. In future, if you get a chip, just put some scotch tape ASAP to prevent dirt going inside and it will improve repair result.

I guess it is not an option for JDM vehicle (without NA equivalent), and looks like this is Nissan Laurel
