If you have the chance - go, go, go see "Interstellar" in an Imax theatre. Trust me on this. You won't be the same person afterwards.

I've heard this movie is a real "thinker". I'll have to check it out.

Also, if you like it, watch "Mr. Nobody" with Jared Leto ... cool movie as well!

ANYONE WATCHING SHOWTIME'S RAY DONOVAN ? I'm addicted!

It is a very deep movie - it's based on Einstein's theory of Relativity. But don't let that dissuade you - everything about it is just exceptional: the music, the acting, the special effects, the plot, etc... The thing is, it was partially filmed with an Imax camera, so to get the full effect of what it is supposed to look like, you owe it to yourself to see it there. But damn - I was a little taken aback at that $20.00 ticket price... :(

Jurassic World looks good. I really like the piano score of the theme.

Also, lame trailer, and it's been 'out' for a bit, but I'm super excited for SPECTRE.

The following Netflix series are all decent:
    Marco Polo
    Dusk Till Dawn
    Hemlock Grove

    ...

I might get roasted for this, but Z-Nation ain't that bad if you stick it out a couple episodes. It's like the 70s b-movie version of TWD.... but it does get better as it goes.

Funniest show on TV right now I think is Brooklyn Nine-Nine
my favorite Drama is The Good Wife

Its a real shame The Colbert Report is off the air now, one of my very favs, I always watched the both Daily show and Colbert in the Garage when doing projects.

    The Last ship looks interesting!

A few tv shows that haven't been mentioned:

The Office (U.S)... my favorite show. I basically watch it on a loop, it is just so good.

    Secondly, Wilfred:

It doesn't have a big following for some reason, but I think it is hilarious.

A third I guess on that same note is Short Poppies, that was a pretty funny show. There are 8 episodes on netflix, it is a show about a journalist who follows around little new-zealanders but it is pretty funny because they are all played by the same actor. Short Poppies = "A New Zealand slang for a small towner, someone who hasn't left the town they were born in. This term is used usually in a derogatory sense i.e. a dim local, ignorant hick, etc."

If you enjoy traveling shows, Departures was just put on netflix. On that note, An Idiot Abroad was hilarious..

I wish Netflix would concentrate less on making TV shows, and more on getting new shows/movies.

Idiot Abroad is one of the funniest shows ever made.

Wilfred is fantastic too if not super awkward to watch, but if you're really into the Office then you can handle the Awkwardness!
Reminds me of The InBetweeners, very awkward to watch but quite funny!

I think I will start watching An Idiot Abroad annually as well, hilarious. If you like those shows and haven't seen Short Poppies I think you will enjoy it.
