So im looking into some lanyards and keychains...

    Id like some feedback.

For lanyards what colours do you guys want?

    Blk w/ white letters

    Blue w/ white letters

    Anything else?

On lanyards what do you want it to say?
Small letters "import-era.com" repeated multiple times
Or larger letters so there is only 2 logos, 1 on each side. ( left and right, not front and back)

For keychains we have some more options.
Turbo, coil overs, 6speed gear shift, disc brake... Ill find out if theres more and what other variations there are.

As for price point... ( and this is only for members Probably $5 a piece or less( id like to package a lanyard and keychain with shipping for under $10) but i will post the costs after I get a reply from the manufacturer about the quote.

Let me know what you guys think.

I'd go for a keychain. In addition to a picture, would it also say import era somewhere?

    Not sure what you mean.
    The lanyard will say import-era.com
    (Our logo)
    The keychains are just cool.

The 6 speed gear shift retails on some sites for $30-$50 even tho they are wholesaled for like next to nothing. So I want to do this for members at cost plus shipping.

Ill retail the rest on ebay and such.

If you refer ppl to buy then ill work out a deal for you. Obvly ill retail them higher what then members are paying.

Refer enough ppl and yours will be FREE!!!

Ill post the costs an such as I get word from them.

For the lanyard.. What type do you guys want .. Solid, or with a plastic clip so the keys can be disconnected from the rest of the lanyard? Like this ..

    With clip image.jpg
    Without clip image.jpg
Another option for key chain is the jdm new driver symbol.

Also... For blue with white are we talking about light blue so it matches the sites theme? Or like a royal or navy blue?

I have a couple of those turbo keychains. They are cool in the fact that they actually spin and make a turbo noise when you blow into them, but they are a tad heavy and the actual chain part is a little flimsy. Just my two cents

My choice would be a clipped blue w/ white and a JDM driver symbol.

For plates i can order 500 replica jdm plates but at a cost of $2 min each.. So $1000USD :(

The mini LP keychain is interesting. But i wonder id i can pick and choose at the wholesale level? Probably just get stuck with abunch that wont sell.or only one type..

There are also mini tein coil overs... So you know there proper... Lol

Check out what they have and ill send in a request for quote.

Aliexpress shows estimated MSRP. For retail sale direct from factory. Im a member so I can get wholesale pricing. Btw those gear shifters are spring loaded and have a "real" tight feel to them as you move thru the gears. No slop..lol

LOL! I was thinking this as well!

Blue and white for the lanyard would be good to match the theme of the site. I'd just be interested in the lanyard. If possible a type that can disconnect one or both sides of the lanyard by simply pulling. I always seem to break lanyards by getting them caught on stuff. If they have some sort of "quick release" then they don't break when they get caught :)

    Something like this one:

Ya i was thinking about those ones.

And yes ill make package deals and lanyards / keychains separately.

Is everyone down for the quick release type?

If we are doing keychains, I prefer something that will not be too big because fitting your keys into your pocket is a good thing. I like the Japanese license plate idea. In fact, that is what I have now.

This is what I currently have -

It is a little "Otaku" in that it says the city name is Touge (mountain pass). But I still like it.
I also have an AE86 stuffy like in Initial D. This is not the exact one but it is pretty much the same idea -

I buy a lot of AE86s so you find weird things in them sometimes. Though the Initial D keychain was from a Land Cruiser.

Cool cool. I don't think I understood what you meant when you were first talking about the key chains, but I get it now that I see the picture. I was thinking you were having the key chains made and that they would have like an engraving or something on them.

I'd be interested in a key chain that isn't huge as Derek mentioned. I like fitting things in my pocket. I think the Japanese New driver one is pretty cool.

Im leaning towards the thicker buckles / clips for durability.. Not huge since youve mentioned it shouldnt be bulky.

But just not cheesy and flimsy.

So im hearing good feed back on mini license plates and new drive symbol.
D_H is liking the turbo, i like the turbo shifter, Mini Lp and jdm symbol.

So who else is in? And how many of what are you thinking about.
Lanyards should be about $3( landed) or so a piece plus ( re)shipping but i need to confirm the final specs for a final quote.

Looking into the plate and aymbol
