sweet looking car. I had the exact same 4 bolt rims on my accord. The backend looks so futuristic. Window replacement might be somewhat of an issue if it ever breaks. The grey looks so good on this car. Awesome find for sure!

Very nice!!! just don't let your wife know you got another one! bwahhahaha! those tinted headlights give it the sinister look! grrrr!

Are you sure it has a H22A? I did a bit of poking around as I was curious, I think it might come with the F23A 2.3 motor, the same as the north american ones, rated at 160hp (a friend of mine had a LHD accord 2.3, a great motor, good midrange and lots of power)

I also didn't know you can buy those accord's in 4wd! very cool!

The 1999 VTL with 48,000kms right? man what a good price on such a nice car!!

    Well according to the Wiki:
The Japan versions of the Honda accord got:
    2.0 L F20B I4 SOHC 148 hp (110 kW)
    2.0 L F20B I4 DOHC 197 hp (147 kW)
    2.2 L H22AI4 220 hp (164 kW)
    and
the SiR wagon model included the only 2.3-liter H23A DOHC VTEC H-series engine in the Honda line-up.

the north American Honda Accords got the not has great motors.
    2.0L F20B5I4 147 hp (110 kW)
    2.3L F23A1I4 150 hp (112 kW)
    2.3L F23A4I4 148 hp (110 kW)
    2.3L F23A5I4 135 hp (101 kW)
    3.0L J30A1V6 200 hp (150 kW)

or i could be totally wrong, as i haven't seen the chassis plate yet..

Nice! As kingsoup said, does the wifey know? LOL!

I'm not a big fan of the back end, but i'm sure it is a super reliable and practical car.

I read the wiki article too, but it doesn't have the normal engines, really just the SIR ones, looks like the SIR got the DOHC version of the 2.3 and not the SOHC version, I cross referenced the chassis code of LA-CF6 and came up with the F23A for that series of cars.

Man you'll be able to get it legal cheap too in Vancouver and I bet you can get those headlights literally anywhere for cheap, nice!

One of those ideal cars, low k's, probably treated like gold from its owner (no BS abuse like sports cars) solid engine you can get every single part for here, nice design, super reliable, you're on a role with Honda's for family members, super duper value for money, just gotta drive on da right!

This thing looks awesome! Perfect daily driver material.

Did I read that you can get every single part you need locally? I have a cousin who was looking into these things but was worried about parts. Would this essentially be identical to the NA version?
