Got the rear wheel bearings in, put everything back together. Was pretty excited to drive the car but I guess when I took the hard line off to put a new flair on, and when I added stainless steel lines plenty of air got in the system haha

So next up was a longggg lengthy process of getting all the air out of the lines, so much bleeding and so much brake fluid.

But the brakes are back and solid :)

Currently trying to buy a cheap muffler for the custom turbo back exhaust :)

Just saw this car in person today, very cool little pocket rocket. It's refreshing to see something simple yet totally unique in North America.

Exhaust built! crappy cell phone pics....straight pipe, custom resonator with a tip welded on the end for a bit of a look.

exhaust wasn't aligned when I took this pic

Proof the car has actually seen the outside world for once :)

The little thing is friggen fun to drive now, spool is increased a lot, some awesome noises are made from this little motor. My cold air intake that I made kinda fell apart after some driving, but that can fixed with some better piping.

Next up is an alignment, put the new ECU in, and hopefully find some better seats!

not entirely sure what the ECU does, but I know it increase boost, gets rid of the boost restriction, aggressive fuelling, and kills the 180 speed cut....driving around with the new ECU now and it certainly woke the car up a bunch!

been driving around the past couple days with this little thing....

    Overall impression so far:

-the car is quick, boost comes on early and pulls
-the car is small, like so small, everything is easy for this thing
-new brakes work great solid stopping power
-15x8 wheels give the car nice grip thru corners
-the suspension even though adjustable is pretty tight and rough (might bring down the dampening)
-no interior in the rear part of the car makes you hear everything lol
-cold air intake I made works friggen awesome
    -decent gas mileage so far
-turns heads, thumbs up, people don't know what the heck it is haha
-wish my paint was better, only thing I would change right this second :p

came across this beauty yesterday!...parked my tiny gem beside it.

Bad paint is part of the reason you got it cheap though. How do you find visibility?

Rolled the rear fenders the other day with a baseball bat, cracked some paint a tad but I did a fairly decent job...no more rub in the rear :)

cell phone pic, at the local Canadian Tire....i go here too much lol

Changed out the thermostat that wasn't working to a colder one from Tuning Developments, also got a aluminum radiator and slim fan to install later this month or something.

While I was at it I figured why not try and fix these seats I bought, pair of of RX-8 seats. You wouldn't believe it, but these actually fit in the car on the rails and everything from the RX-8. Sure I had to use a hammer, and some bending of things, plus a bit of grinding but the end result worked out really well.

Here is the passenger side, I finished the driver side as well but two of the brackets didn't line up as well so I need to make a custom bracket instead.
