No, it wasn't a reliable source and they in fact did not have the right clutch.. Here's what I bought ($~700 CAD all in, got here in less than 2 weeks) from Chris at Conceptua Tuning in UK (one of the sponsors on skylineowners.com), clutch is Exedy:

"OK, we have a clutch kit in stock.
    Correct R34 Pull Type.
It'll handle around 400+ ft lbs of torque easily, so should be good for future proofing the car against likely upgrades.
Its organic and pleasant to drive in traffic, won't feel any different than your standard clutch.
Cost is £325 delivered to mainland UK. Shipping to Canada is £41
    Kind regards
    Chris"

You can find their shop on eBay but possibly the clutch won't be listed so just message them and copy+paste this quote.

Nope that kit I ordered doesn't come with a flywheel.
By the way Exedy has a list of dealers in Canada. Here's one of them who found kit for me too:

He was able to source out Exedy Stage 2 with lightened flywheel for $935 CAD
