Wow that black STI looks great. Headlights remind me of aftermarket Aristo ones.

In this set of pictures I was like "Is Ben holding the camera over his head? This is a crazy high angle. No one sees cars from this angle". Then I remembered you're 10 feet tall and everything made sense.

I will do a review on the Prelude when I pick it up from Ben on Saturday. It's a SiR Type S. I was playing the auctions for almost 2 months and was having no luck. Trying to get another 180SX but they are just too much $ now and not worth it for me to bring in. Tried a MR2 GTS and would have won but the bid didn't get placed. Tried a Aristo Toms edition but the auction grade changed last minute so bid was cancelled. Also tried some Evo7s but never met seller reserve.

The Prelude, I just winged it at the auction. I'm not a Honda guy, but I always liked the Prelude, with the larger engine and increased torque. I also preferred the sharper body lines.

I place a 150K bid, it only went to 130~K and did not meet reserve. They wanted 145K so we just ended up buying it for that. Unfortunely the car had it's authetic Type S spoiler and front lip replaced, and the OEM nav/TV with integrated climate control was also removed. I did not know about the climate controller until afterwards, so now you can only select the temp+window defrost, the unit decides what fan speed and what vents get used according to what temp you select. It's basically stuck in automatic climate control without the factory touch screen.

What a sweet looking bB! Is Derek from PCA still stuck in the back??? :)

Are all the bug-eyed WRX hatches labelled as "20K"s? Are any of them STI versions?

Very interesting! Yen is not so bad right now too. I like that TypeS prelude, really sweet! Ford Super duty V10, I wonder what shipping on that was! and mileage, so low.

I was down last Monday. The main parking area was the usual bevy of WRX's, Legacy's, Altezza's and Delica's. On the side were a few that we are bit less common so I took a couple of photos:
