Do you have a boost controller and gauge? If not does it look like any were mounted before you had car?

I got a Defi boost gauge at the end of last year but haven't installed it yet.
It is possible one was mounted on the pillar, as the trim is loose, but no holes or outlines anywhere in the car where one would have been secured.

what intercooler? full pipe set. turbo elbow outlet? downpipe? full? catless? cat back?
have you ever had it running good since you got it? I tend to assume the previous owner would take of the nice stuff like $$ controllers or gauges.
you have evoscan? if you have logs I'm sure some folks on evolutionm or even indigo-gt would have some tips.

Not sure what kind of intercooler it is, or if it is even aftermarket. All the IC piping looks aftermarket, and I have no idea about the DP (someone said they thought it was aftermarket by looking at it) but the exhaust has a cat. All of the piping, etc needs a closer look to see what's stock and what's not.

Have never had it running good as far as this issue goes. I do have Evoscan, but need a wideband O2 sensor to help as well.

that's the stock cooler. with full pipes and possibly downpipe 3" back I would run a boost controller, bigger gap and make plans for a tune.
Antony at Indigo said he could help out once I was on a tunable ecu. I imagine you would need some scans first.

Yeah I'd need some scans, and the O2 sensor for a tune anywhere. I've emailed TSComp and Mellon, as they were the only two from the Evom.net forums I could find, and neither of them replied.

Thanks for all the info, as always!

Random question Rygar - do you ever head down to Bridgewater area very often? I've seen a gorgeous gray EVO V around here a few times (not like they are common!) and was wondering if it was you...?

Hmm....I haven't seen it for months, but I saw it two or three times during the summer last year and into the fall! Not sure if the guy that owns it is from around here or not! I know there are two or three JDM Imprezas around, and a few standard-issue JDM Land Cruisers, Pathfinders and Delicas, but that is the only Evo I see locally (a rare treat, indeed considering they were never sold here in that generation....I drool when I see it, haha! :D )!

    You're right to drool!
I love mine. Really hoping to get it running tip top this season.

Did you ever solve that issue where it wasn't running quite smoothly?

Based on peer pressure, I bought this:

    SGC1

I will review in May, probably. And seriously, it was recommended by pitty and Innovate reviews are all around favourable. It does the job of two gauges/controllers I was going to buy, so why not give it a whirl.

Good news, Mellon Racing can tune the Evo.
Just need to confirm that the Innovate SCG-1 is compatible with Evoscan, now.

New clutch and timing belt next week, as well has having the O2 sensor bung welded into my DP.
Then I can get tuning underway, huzzah!
